GOD’S CURE FOR CURSES

THE CROSS

The cross of Jesus is the center of our faith, life and message; remove the cross and man remain cursed. This means without a genuine encounter with the cross, man continues in ruin.

Man in his cursed nature is powerless to help himself. However, God in His love and mercy took the stage by Christ to intervene and the Cross is God’s cure for curse with all its power and strength operating in man.

Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree (Gal. 3:13).

THE VICTORY OF THE CROSS OVER CURSES

i)                    No more condemnation as a result of Jesus’ death on the cross. Rom. 8:1

ii)                  Our sins are forgiven because of the Price of Christ’s death on the cross.

iii)                The cross took away all limits and barriers set against us by sin.

iv)                The cross disarmed the evil forces that operated the curse of failure and sorrow against man.

v)                  The cross restored man’s dominion and gave man eternal triumph.

vi)                The cross cured the curse and bestowed power that make all things work together for good to them who believe and love the Lord.
